Martyn manages the day to day operations for StrataBare and works personally with many of the organization’s top clients to help them leverage their technology investments to bring measurable results to the company’s business operations.

Martyn Holland is an operations solutions professional with a background in technology who brings over thirty-five years of business leadership experience to assist clients achieve their process and technology change goals.

He began his career in the consulting industry coming up through the ranks of systems and team management before getting into the food service industry. He was responsible for the set up of systems as PepsiCo Food service International (Taco Bell and Pizza Hut internationally) broke away from mainstream PepsiCo. Subsequent to successfully defining standard systems for PFSI, he joined Burger King International defining a new strategy for International growth and the move towards standard systems solutions.

Subsequently, Martyn was the CIO for Tupperware Worldwide, Sunglass Hut International, HMSHost (formerly Host Marriott Services) and the US Marine Corps Community Services. In these roles, he was responsible for aligning systems resources with business imperatives and expansion plans and facilitating the growth and profitability of the company through strategic investments in technology.

Martyn has over twenty-five years of experience in the Food, Hospitality and Retail field, with extensive experience in change management, systems selections, implementations and strategic growth planning.
